Rose quartz: Rose quartz is a light pink variety of quartz whose color is due to trace amounts of iron, manganese, or titanium. It can range from hazy to translucent. Rose quartz is often referred to as the “love stone” because it is said to open oneself to all forms of love. It is believed to be emotionally healing and bring piece and calm.

Rhodonite: The name rhodonite comes from the Greek word “rhodos”, meaning rosy. It features a beautiful deep pink color and can sometimes be brown due to surface oxidation. Black veining or patching may be present as well. Rhodonite is believed to be a calming stone that brings emotional healing, reduces anxiety, and helps with self-love. It is the official gemstone of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Coral: Non-precious Corals: Sponge Coral dyed red and Bamboo Coral dyed red to deepen their deals color. These Coral roses are made of bamboo coral. Coral jewelry has been found in ancient Egyptian and prehistoric European burials. It was especially popular during the Victorian age.
We do not use Precious Coral - hard skeleton of red coral branches is naturally matte, but can be polished to a glassy shine. Owing to its intense and permanent coloration and glossiness, coral skeletons have been harvested since antiquity for decorative use.
