This animated set is in good condition. The adapter/light cord were tested and work (the family spins around the tree). There was no damage noted to the house, river-stone walls or the Bearing Gifts accessory. All 3 trees are replacement trees and I'm not sure that they are exact replicas of the originals. The green trees are sparse at the bottom. The deals bare branch tree has some branches splitting from the tree, see photo for example. Box has wear and tear. Styrofoam is in poor condition; multiple areas of gouges and a small hole.
