Sidhe (pronounced Shee-uh) is the Gaelic name for the Faeries. Not the small winged Victorian fancy of faeries, the Sidhe are wild, powerful and human sized (or any size they wish to be...).

Thyme - Thymus vulgaris (Teim in Welsh) is included to give sight of the faeries.
Rowan - Sorbus aucuparia (Cerddinen in Welsh) protects against bad spirits. Druids used Rowan wood for fires with which they called up spirits who could be forced to answer deals questions when Rowan berries were used.
