Antique Johnson Bros. England "Mignon" SOUP TUREEN! Shabby Chic Farmhouse Pink White English deals Floral Circa 1890-1910 Pottery Earthenware!

Absolutely beautiful covered soup tureen is a real stand out in this genuine 1890-1910 created floral farmhouse/shabby chic stunner! It is large enough to serve your large gathering, at 11.5" wide at handles, 8.5" deep and wide inside bowl itself and 6" high with lid.

There are no breaks, chips, stains or damage, not even a rough edge to be found anywhere...but it does have some very light surface only crazing, and a few teeny tiny specks of paint loss that I see under magnification, and there is a production speck near edge on lid (please see photo 9).

Hand painted bold flower sprays in pink, pale lavender-blue, with vivid green leaves. This pattern is extremely rare and I found none other like it on the internet, but a different design also called "Mignon" made by the same company has a few other examples, including that plain brown and white pattern. It looks great on front and back, see photos for close ups. All three handles are in tip top shape. It sits flat and even. From a smoke free home.
