brand new, it's never been used. i didn't realize i would have to cut a hole in my bathroom cabinet to hook it up so it would have warm water. they won't let me return it because the seal on the box was broken. it has warm and cool water, so needs to deals be hooked up to the sink. (the picture of the little brown bag of parts hasn't even been opened, it's sealed still, so you can see that it was never used) ***POOS***.
