These are brand new and light up when bearings are added and as they spin. I bought them to customize a pair of rollerskates but never did. You will need 4 more bearing sets. (I have 4 already.) May want to visit a local skate shop to adjust them. They have a clamp, specifically for deals placing bearings. One set is opened and has bearings in them (but need adjusted) and one set is stilk wraped in plastic. All are new. These are expensive wheels. You are literally getting 4 almost free with my price!!!.
