The item is not marked by an artist or maker and I would guess the origin to be US (see photos and decide the age, the origin and the maker). The item has some paint losses with some wear to the base. The metal portion has some scuffs and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item). This item in total measures about 5 and 1/2 inches high, it is about 4 and 1/2 inches wide from side to side and it is about 7 and 1/2 inches long from the front to the back. This automobile art sculpture would be nice to add to your collection.
