The top of the lid is covered in the same fabric as the lining but is very faded, with a faint stain as noted in photo three. The handle is secure on the basket and there are no loose fibers or holes anywhere on the inside or outside of the basket. Divided plastic tray has no cracks or breaks, solid wood base stamped Made in Japan.
