*DAMAGED ITEMS*: All items are shipped secured with bubble wrap. If the items are damaged during shipment, please IMMEDIATELY take a photo of the items as received (NO EXCEPTIONS). Do not remove the item, then take a photo. All photographs must include photographs of the items received, including any additional photographs that show a clear depiction of the damage. Please also take photographs of the outside of the shipping box and send to us. We will process a claim with the shipping carrier and will discuss further options to ensure the transaction is as smooth as possible. Buyers are responsible for ALL shipping fees (fees to return the item and fees to send another item deals, if applicable).
