The set is 100% COMPLETE and includes all parts and all THIRTY-ONE minifigures. The parts and minifigures are on in very good condition for their age. There may be a loose arm or two but for the most part they are in great shape with no major noticeable damage. This a great set to start a collection or to continue to grow an existing one - don't miss out! I personally did an inventory of all of the deals parts to be able to guarantee that the set is 100% complete, as compared against BrickLink inventory. Will be shipped quickly and with care. Comes from an adult collector in a non-smoking home. No box.
