A fabulous antique yellow teapot, produced by J & G Meakin. The pattern is called Sunflower and deals it is from the Glamour range.

J & G Meaking produced their ceramics at the Eagle Pottery and the Eastwood Works, Hanley, in the heart of the Staffordshire potteries.

The maker's mark was in production from c.1902 +.

The coffee pot measures 6 1/2 inches high and 7 1/2 inches from handle to spout.

The condition is excellent with no chips, cracks, hairlines or crazing.

It would be a fantastic addition to any collection.
