HAND-COLORED MACROPROSOPUS / MICROPROSOPUS PRINT IN FRAME

This famous image of God and his Shadow first appeared as the frontispiece to Volume I of Eliphas Levi's Dogme et Rituel de la Haute Magie (Dogma and Ritual of deals High Magic) in 1854. Along with Macroprosopus and Microprosopus, it reads "Quod superius sicut quod inferius" – "As above, so below" from the Hermetic Emerald Tablet; and "Stola Dei" – "Garment of God".

I believe the frame is plastic, but it's an attractive frame. The print is a modern print which has been hand-colored and then framed.
