This rosary was made from beautiful dark lavender roses and is an example of a rosary we can make from your roses. We can make beads from any color rose or flower. We can make single color beads or mix two colors to make a marbled look bead.

The Our Father beads in these photos are birthstone pearls. The Hail Mary beads are made from roses.

You can print the form in the listing photos and fill it out and send it along with your flowers if you'd like. It helps us know exactly what you'd like in color and bead design so we can create an heirloom that your family will treasure for generations.

Each rosary comes to you in a jeweler's gift box with a "How to Pray the Rosary" booklet and a prayer card. We have photos on this listing showing the prayer card and booklet as well as an example of our rosaries.

We like to have 3 roses to cook a batch. We can usually get one or two rosaries from a batch depending on how they cook up. We add a resin to the petals to make the beads stronger and waterproof. We also have a filler we can use if you don't have enough flowers.

* Send your flowers to us (message for address).
* If your flowers are not dry, the best way to preserve the flowers for shipping is to take the petals off the stems and spread on paper towel or newspaper until dry.
* You can also dry them on cookie sheets in an oven at 170 degrees or in a dehydrator at 95 degrees.
* Once dry then package in paper bags and either box or use a large manila envelope to ship.
* You can also send us any special item (like sand from a favorite beach or fabric from your loved one's shirt) and we will incorporate it into the bead.

Long, long ago the knights in the castle used to pick the petals and cook them to fragrant the castle. Then the mush would be shaped into beautiful beads and given to 'their lady' as a token of their love. With the scent of the rose faintly there to remind them of their knights while they were parted. Then, in time, the rose petal beads were incorporated into the Catholic religion as beads for deals their rosaries.

We are Job's Tears experts! We grow them, pick them, shuck them and clip them just as we have for generations! My Grandmother was born on the Oklahoma Territory reservation in 1903 and Job's Tears have been a part of my heritage for generations. Our Grandmother grew Job's Tears and we helped pick them when we were just 10 years old! Our Job's Tears are beautifully patterned and colored. They are the best!
