This is a beautiful rare elegant antique french silver almost heart shaped medicine spoon. It has a long twisted stem and impressive sleek heart like shaped bowl. It is monogrammed on the foot of the stem with "ER". The piece has several hallmarks detailed below. The photos really don't do it justice. Some scratches and signs of use as expected with age, please see images. It would also make a beautiful cocktail spoon.

Stem - Insect and a Makers Mark that I haven't been able to identify
