Interesting piece here. deals I am assuming that it related locomotives but please use your best judgement. I have been told that it may also be a rotating disco light as well. Rotates approximately 180 degree as there is a motor on the inside that I can hear when it is manually rotated. Vintage piece. Surface rust. Untested. Needs rewired. Please use your best judgement.
