Frankincense "Heart Note" is a viscous golden/amber colored thicker liquid displaying a rich, sweet, fruity, resinous smokey bouquet with a delicate balsamic, precious woods undertone.

Our frankincense is cultivated and harvested fresh and shipped to Israel to be Holy Land Charged before being made into this wonderful heart note oil. The slightly smokey coniferous/terpenic top notes generally associated with steam distilled frankincense are eliminated by the special low heat, high vacuum molecular distillation process capturing the very core of the resin aroma of Frankincense Carterii.

The first recorded uses of frankincense date back all the way to the 14th century BC, where it was used b for beauty products, incense, and medicine. Frankincense essential oil has since gained worldwide popularity for containing the spirit of the sacred and divine. Today it is often used in deep meditation practices, prayer, and in the vibrational medicines for healing where it is believed to help elevate the spirit to higher levels.
