Please understand and accept : All vintage items have different degree of wear, depending on the age of an item. I will try deals my best to capture all the wears / defects / discoloration, etc in photos as well as product description. Normal wears such as minor cratches are common in vintage items and will NOT be explicitly stated. Vintage items may show signs of age and use. Vintage items can also feature small defects that were made during the past manufacturing processes. These can include small tool / firing marks, trapped kiln dust and surface bubbles that can be noted underneath and on top of the glaze and will also not be stated explicitly.

I inspect each item carefully but may occasionally overlook something. If for some reason your order is not as you expected it to be, please just let me know. Maybe something was accidentally over looked. I will do what is right and fair to make sure you as a buyer are taken care of and have a positive experience. I will give a full refund upon return of the item. Usually, return shipping is not paid for.

I pack with lots of bubble wraps and papers for cushion, but cannot guarantee the items will not get damaged in transit and during postage handling as this is outside of my control. In the event the items get damaged by postage handling, you'll need to take the damaged items to your local post office to lodge a compensation claims as I cannot lodge it on my end. The default insurance amount provided by Australia Post is $100. If you'd like extra insurance, please let me know.
