SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Once you place your order online, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois within 1-3 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any locations outside of the United States at this time.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you will be satisfied with any product purchased from Felice Donna, but if for any reason you wish to make a return you have 14 days from receiving the Product to do so.

Make sure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags are in original condition and 14 days period after delivery has not expired.

We are NOT responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. You will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

The following items will NOT be accepted:

- Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered, and washed returns or anything Felice Donna reasonably believes has been used.
- Items purchased with a discount or during seasonal sale periods. These are the final sale.
- Returns that do not comply with the Felice Donna Return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

We will credit the full amount to the original purchaser's payment card. Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to be processed by your bank. This varies greatly between card issuers and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. Please retain your Shipping Note until you have received your refund.
