The mametchi and memetchi figures have some scuffs as pictured. On the mametchi its on the eye and on the memetchi its on tip of hair. There are some marks/scuffs next to the flower and the holder of the tamagotchi as pictured. Since it is an older item it may have a couple of scuffs, scratches, slight discolorations. As for the CD rom it is in used condition as pictured. I couldn't get the program from the disc to run but it may be able to work on older operating systems. deals The cradle will be great for displaying a connection v4.5.
