This gorgeous bracelet made by first carving it in wax and then casting it. I usually make two at a time from one casting. The bracelet was cast in sterling silver and then had the gems set into it.

I usually wear a 7 1/4" bracelet and this just fits me. It will be looser with a smaller wrist.
