As you may know by now..., I love vintage linens, previously loved and cared for pieces passing to new loving hands. I also love table settings, elegant but casual, simple but with unexpected touches. I believe fabric napkins do for a table what paint does to walls...; they set a mood. So, how can we talk about napkins or table linens without mentioning Vera Neumann and her bold graphic designs.

My newest addiction..., VERA Neumann, American artist and entrepreneur known for her boldly colored deals linen patters and scarves signed "Vera" and featuring a ladybug. She was born in Stamford, Conn, as Vera Salaff. Her original designs were first manufactured in the 1960's and 1970's and later adapted and reproduced from her original designs.

DESCRIPTION: WONDERFUL Pre Owned Vintage Vera Neumann large rectangular oblong floral COTTON tablecloth. This is one of those patterns we immediately recognize as a classic Vera Neumann design: SHASTA DAISIES. Large rectangular tablecloth at approx. 101 1/2" x 60 1/2". With bright white background, white daisies with bright yellow centers... and glorious green stems & leaves. The flowers are outlined by light gray... that almost disappears..., contrasting with the gorgeous tall, well defined, bright green stems and leaves.

CONDITION: EXCELLENT Pre Owned Vintage Condition. Of THICK and CRISP Cotton and soft but vivid colors. NOTE: This tablecloth seems to have been barely used; see the crisp label. It was soaked for storage soil, laundered and pressed, and is ready for your immediate enjoyment. **Please see last pic for a few remaining spots that MAY require additional attention..., or not!
