This beautiful pendant necklace is made using a red carnelian (agate) bead wrapped in silver plated wire in a herringbone design.

Carnelian is a more affordable alternative to Ruby as a birthstone for July making this pendant necklace a great gift for anyone born in July.

The pendant hangs from a silver plated chain in three different lengths (18 inch, 20 inch and 24 inch). If you would like a black waxed cotton cord, sterling silver chain instead or a different chain length please send me a message.

Carnelian is said to be a stabilising stone, restoring vitality and motivation and stimulating creativity. It is known to provide courage and promote positive life choices. It is known as a useful stone for overcoming abuse of any kind.

As this jewellery is handmade with real gemstone beads deals the sizes detailed in this listing and the colours shown in the photos will all vary slightly, however this makes your jewellery one-of-a-kind and beautifully unique. Please note that these carnelian beads have heat treated to bring out the red colour of the stones.

Our Packaging
This wire wrapped pendant necklace comes in a black card jewellery box stamped with ‘The Twisted Kitty' logo. It is posted in a PIP cardboard box with an information card about the stone used. I always try to use eco-friendly or recycled packaging where possible and any bubble wrap I use has been re-used.

If you choose gift wrapping you get your jewellery presented in a black jewellery box stamped with ‘The Twisted Kitty logo' wrapped in black tissue paper and tied with a ribbon to compliment the colour of the jewellery inside, its then sealed with a wax seal. UK customers get a sprig of dried lavender added to the box too. *Lavender not available internationally due to import rules in some countries.

Jewellery should not be exposed to perfumes, lotions, or high temperatures. Please remove jewellery before showering or swimming.
If you clean your jewellery please do not use harsh chemicals to clean as they can damage the gemstone(s) and finish of the jewellery.
Avoid sleeping with your jewellery on.
