CANVAS PRINTS
Our dachshund canvas giclee prints are ready to hang. You do not need to frame them. They are printed onto our quality cotton canvas. The canvas is stretched around wooden stretcher bars of 2cm depth. This "frameless" way of presenting the picture makes it look as if it is "floating" on the wall, giving it a lovely contemporary feel. They are finished in a subtle gloss varnish.

WHAT IS GICLEE?
Giclee (pronounced je-clay) is a type of very high quality printing ink. Giclee comes from the French word "gicler" to squirt. The lightfast inks, which are acid free and lightfast, are sprayed onto the paper. It is believed that this process achieves the closest match technically possible to the original piece of artwork.
