Green deals and Frosted Goblet

Frosted Cut to Clear Goblet with a Green Threaded Rim. Wow, this is really a striking goblet. The bowl and foot are frosted. The design cut on the bowl is a flower pattern. The center stem is clear. Circa early deals 20th century. It is 6" tall. The top is 3 1/4" across and the base is 3" wide.
