Customer is aware that we are not responsible for the buyer's inability to keep the plant alive. If there is any issue with your order, customer Must Contact Us within 24 hours of receipt (No Exceptions), with clear images showing the issue and we deals will work things out accordingly. Please track your package closely and take plant in as soon as it is delivered. We package your plants very carefully, so it has plenty of water to survive, but please be sure to open the box and cut wrapping very carefully and submerge in soil or water as soon as it arrives. It is the customers responsibility to provide the most updated address. Please notate on your order, should there be any address changes.
