To create this piece, I made a mould from a found seed, which I then cast using the lost wax technique.

This beautiful samara seed, or "helicopter seed" is available in 100% sustainable sterling silver with a sterling silver chain.

The pendant is textured on the front side only.

1- All shiny silver 925
2- All silver 925 with rhodium plating

Rhodium description: it involves plating the jewelry with a surface that guards against scratches and prevents from tarnishing. It also gives shade of gray.

Your jewellery will stay at it's best if you keep it dry or if you store it in a plastic bag when you are not wearing it. You will receive a polishing cloth that you can use on silver, solid gold, brass or bronze but do not use it on any gold plating or gold filled, as that would prematurely remove the gold coating.
