This is an Antique Melon Ribbed Satin Milk Glass Powder Trinket Box. This small Dresser Box is beautifully painted and embellished!!! This gorgeous Melon Box has satin soft cream background and hand painted, embellished flowers that are blue, with orange vines.

It measures 5 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide. The top has a pointed finial. It is hinged and the clasp closes tightly. There is a gold rim around the rims, fully intact. The bottom has a gold painted ring around the bottom but that has wear.
