The scarf has handrolled edges and has a square shape.
The print shows symbols like large shells and cord/bows that themselves have other symbols drawn in it.
The shells and bows are part of a wedding gentry depicting harmony between the married couple.
The inside of the shells have a dragon, clouds and arrows.
The dragon is the symbol of prosperity and good fortune, clouds symbolizes hope and the arrows means steadfastness and strength.
There are also scrolls, which symbolizes wisdom/education adorned with peonies and cherry blossoms.
Coloring is steel-grey, smoke-grey, red, black, candy-pink, burgundy, beige, forest-green, purple, celadon-green, ivory, melon-pink, camel.
The initials DV deals are signed in the lower left corner…I have no clue what that means, but this scarf is so pretty.
Scarf is made of silk and drapes wonderfully.
The scarf is in excellent condition; there are only 4 tiny pin-holes.
