HOW TO ORDER:

When ordering please input the name of your pet from the personalization field.

Once you order, Etsy message us your pet's portrait to put on the rug. You can also email to hello [!at] socialcutouts.com

Our artist will sketch your photo and a Proof will be sent to you via ETSY messaging within 2-3 business days and once approved the doormat takes 2-3 business days to print.

Please Note: If you do not respond to proofs or want to cancel your order after a proof is sent we can only refund half of the purchase price. There is significant time involved with the design and proofing process. Check out our feedback, we do awesome work!

TURNAROUND TIME

Please order accordingly, typical order to delivery time is 7 BUSINESS Days. Our turn times fully depend on you answering proofs in a timely manner.

We deals ship Priority Mail or Fedex which takes about 3-4 days in transit.

Once the proof is delivered, you can make changes. Please remember, changes can delay production by a day per round of changes!

If you need something quicker, feel free to message us; however, you should be expecting this to take about 1-2 full weeks.
