Missing a few paw pads so definitely meant for indoor suiting. I would say probably best suited for size 8 to 12 in women's and better if you have a skinny calf I can change all the paw pads to 1 inch thick black foam mats (for free) or I can make suit sandals for extra $20 (dm deals me to make a separate listing for that).
