Due to the nature of my items, you may not cancel your order. Orders are processed immediately and production has begun. Due to this fact, no refund will be given.
Cancellations will NOT be accepted as manufacturing has already begun. Please choose carefully.
Size changes will need to be Exchanged after order is received.

I DO accept exchanges for wrong fit or faulty items. All items will need to be returned to me in Australia where I currently reside. Once I receive the item, I will issue a replacement item.

I am not responsible for incorrect address details. All items will be sent to the address provided through Etsy, I am not at fault for items that can not be received or that have been sent to an incorrect address. It is your responsibility to keep your address details up deals to date.
If you see that your details are incorrect, you must send me a message through Etsy within 3 hours of your order or they will be sent to the address provided. I cannot send out replacement items due to outdated, incorrect or not receivable addresses.
