When the screen got replaced there was a step missed, fortunately it's a easy fix, Can get done around $25 USD or maybe even free— Face ID sensor&new screen must be reprogrammed together so hardware&software can be in sync. You can look it up and see how simple it is. Apple provides phone support&paid repair serv. too (see pic). I haven't done it b/c after subtracting what I spent to fix screen I'll be able to buy lunch for 3 days lol. Besides all of that every single feature works perfect. Wireless charging.
