Condition: Great Vintage Condition - TESTED & WORKING This is an extremely rare and one-of-a-kind piece made by the company Holland Mold and was made in 1993. The light bulb inside of this figurine still works and lights up perfectly. This figurine is missing one of the decorative plastic balls on one of the wheels. Some of the paint is chipping off in certain spots, mainly on the wheels and the bottom of the figurine, but it is barely noticeable (PLEASE SEE PHOTOS).
