This is a lovely interesting vintage Skipper doll. Skipper has oxidized unto this bright orange metallic looking hair. The bangs and hair were short but very lovely. I could not bring myself to get rid of her original hair so I literally worked around it. For this Skipper when her hair oxidized it got brittle and would break at the ends. In the rim of the hair plugs like the back and sides it was completely out or fuzzy. For the new owner you will see the remaining hair plugs, I couldn't get it on camera. The blend new fibers are almost an exact bright match, please see close up pictures. The vintage hair fiber is still present. She got a lip repaint bright pink to go with her bright new personality.
