Midwinter Magnolia Tea Set - Vintage 1960s Green & Yellow 23-Piece Set including Teapot, deals Cups, Saucers, Plates

A complete 23-piece 1960s Midwinter Fashion Shape tea set in the yellow Magnolia floral pattern with plain green cups, milk jug & sugar bowl.

Set comprises:
1 large 2 pint teapot with green lid
6 plain green teacups with white interior
6 patterned saucers (5.75"/14.5cm)
6 patterned small cake or side plates (6.75"/17cm)
1 patterned serving plate (8.75"/22cm)
1 patterned large circular tray plate with silver gilt pinstripe to edge, and pictorial backstamp (10.5"/27cm diameter)
1 plain green milk jug
1 plain green sugar bowl

The saucers and serving plates are in the classic Midwinter "TV screen" rounded square deals shape. Naturalistic floral pattern designed by John Russell.

All pieces in good vintage condition - no chips, cracks or repairs. The pattern is perfect on all pieces with no marks of use or rubbing. As these pieces are some 50 years old however, there is some crazing to the inside bottom of the teapot, and some fine age-related crazing to most of the saucers and small plates.
