Every wood slab will differ slightly thus making the stain little darker or lighter depending on the wood grain structure. Photos may appear slightly lighter or darker, as we edit and lighten most photo's composition. Holes for legs are predrilled, we use a slightly smaller bit than the screws diameter to ensure a snug, tight, fit of the legs. Depending on your strength you may or may not need a drill to assist with this task.
