Vintage 1981 board game from Venturon and distributed by Wildcatter Inc, This game From the rules manual. “Texas Wildcatter is a board game designed around the Texas oil industry. Players pit their skill and luck against the risks of the oil wildcatting business as they vie to lease and develop 16 of Texas' most famous oil fields. Game is in original box, box has some age issues, two of the corners have been taped as well as tape on the inside cover of the box where there is a small hole and some other small creases and what appears to be coffee on the cover. Please see photos. The game is mostly complete, missing one small "oil barrel" there are 9 not ten, I replaced the two dice because they were missing so they are not original to the game. There are 6 player tokens, the box has a blacked out which under says 6 metal something, that may have been tokens but I saw these wood tokens in others pictures which makes me deals think they were switched in production. Sold as shown.
