Brand new. It came in a week ago and I only worn once to try it on. The Etsy store I purchased it from is in the photos. The costume is amazing, only selling because I am no longer going to the event I bought it for. True to size, it's a Medium. Sizing chart deals in photos. Comes with the skirt, jacket, vest, shirt, and tie. But forewarning it's not an actual tie, it's pieces of silky fabric that you kinda maneuver together to make it look like a real tie. Material: Polyester, vest is a knit material **READ BEFORE PURCHASING** The only “flaw” is there are two slits in the inside lining of the shoulders. I hadn't originally planned on selling it and there were enormous shoulder pads that made the jacket look really weird, so I cut them out. The slits don't effect the outer appearance whatsoever.
