I use only the most highly figured wood to construct my beautiful serving boards. They are double-sided which allows cutting on one side and serving on the other. This board is made from curly maple and cherry and is 14 1/2" long, 10 3/4" wide and is 3/4" thick. This board has a hole in it can be used to hang the board on a peg deals for display when not in use. This is the perfect size board for preparing sandwiches or presenting your fresh breads, cheeses or other goodies at family and friends gatherings. My boards are hand crafted from the best quality wood and finishing products in my Raleigh, NC shop. I use Tung Oil* to finish my serving boards to give them a durable and easy to clean finish. Care and cleaning instructions are provided with your purchase.
*FDA approved for food contact. Tung oil (China wood oil) is made from seeds and nuts of the Tung tree, therefore be cautious if you have nut allergies.
