These gorgeous Taxco, Mexico earrings are comprised of shiny, fine sterling silver. They are round in shape and depict flaming suns with raised crescent moons in the centers. I think they are the artist's fabulous interpretation of a solar eclipse! The earrings are domed and three-dimensional, which adds depth and visual interest. The earrings close with clip-on closures. They are big, bold and shiny beauties!
The earrings measure about 1 1/2 inches in diameter and they weigh in at an impressive 19.7 grams! They are signed and hallmarked " TS-74, Mexico, 925" and "Hector's" on the back of one earring in the pair.
These big and bold silver earrings are so beautiful! They would look marvelous worn with chunky silver necklaces and bangles! They could be easily dressed up or down, making them a versatile addition to your silver jewelry collection.
