NIB. I did remove the box cover and Styrofoam so you could see her. I removed the foam that covered her hands and feet for the photo and all of that was put right back on. She has been kept in a box outside of light and dust in a climate-controlled home. She is ready to go to your home and be displayed or put in another box to pass on to another person.
