Deals Bernini's Elephant

When we were wandering in Rome, we turned a corner and were delighted by this amazing sculpture created by the master, Bernini. I have loved this elephant ever since.

This little piece is graphite and watersoluble graphite deals on cardboard. The strings enhanced the work so I painted them red to stand out even more against the classic lines, adding an element of surprise and fun.

At only 9 1/2 x 6", this whimsical little elephant is sure to delight!
