Leather Clutch Purse Mexican Southern Hand Stitched Vintage Antique Evening Bag 8 inch Worn a bit on the medallion type shape on the front flap of the beautiful hand clutch. One of my pictures shows the wear must be from someone's thumb while holding the purse. I believe this to be from the late 1940s to 1950s. It could be later, cannot find any marking to tell me. It does say Mexico on the little banner under the first flower shape on the front. I bought this a number of years ago, as I like most anything leather. deals The stitched part looks to be a plastic type vinyl. Under the front flap is an area for a picture and license. It has a zipper part and other inside area. Nice patina. The back has a strap to put your hand through while carrying. A really nice item for someone who likes leather items, or for the purse collector. Most certainly can still be used. see pictures as they are part of the description.
