Vintage Toilet Paper Holder by Fairfacts Trenton NJ, USA. Measures about 6 3/8" long x 4 7/8" tall, 2 1/2" from where it would be flush for wall out. Flanged built in. Color is like a blue-green, camera can't take the true color. This has never been installed. No cracks or chips. There are a couple minor imperfections from when it was made see deals pictures. New I have other pieces of the same color.
