American Brilliant Carafe Decanter w/ Zipper Notched Neck, Large Notched Flower Burst deals with Fans...Unique and Beautiful!

ITEM DESCRIPTION
Wow...if you love American Brilliant Cut Glass...this is a great example. I believe this is a European blank (as my long-wave UV light does not give the glow) and the cuts are plenty and unique to my limited knowledge anyway. I did submit to the ACGA for an opinion, and I am validated on my initial thoughts. The weight, the precision is just quality. The center piece cut..I am lacking for knowing the motif...a large flower with fans at the tips and center flower to compliment. The neck has the zippered notch work as do the pillar shaped burst of flower (but larger and spread out). Lots of cuts to give lots of shine on this beauty! No issues noted.
