Small Vintage Covered Saucepan - Tin Lined Cooking Pot With a Sturdy Brass Handle and Fitted Copper Lid With a Brass Knob. Made In Portugal.
Size: One Quart - 5 1/4' wide by 3 1/4" high plus the cover. The brass handle is 5 5/8" long.
Well made of heavy gauge copper, with a rolled top lip, three copper rivets secure the smooth brass handles onto the pot. The interior is lined with tin and is in excellent condition. The well-fitted cover is also tin-lined.
Heavy gauge copper- does not bend or flex.
Moderately cleaned and polished.
Maker's mark: on the brass handle in a circle- MADE IN PORTUGAL
Sold in excellent, used, vintage condition. There is a tiny, shallow dimple on the cover. The copper saucepan has a rich copper hue and warm patina. Moderately cleaned.
