All of my jewelry is made with Sterling silver or 14k gold filled wire, chain and findings. I strive to create jewelry pieces that will stand the test of time and everyday wear. When smaller stones are wrapped onto wire, they are secure and stable. If a stone does break or crack, as sometimes happens with items from nature, please contact me so that I may have a chance to remedy the problem. The quality of my work is of the utmost importance and each piece will model this intention.

G O L D F I L L E D W I R E

Gold filled wire is a tube of 14k gold that is pressure bonded to another base metal. Gold filled is not to be confused with gold plating. Gold filled is much more valuable and also tarnish resistant. The gold does not flake off, rub off, or turn colors. Anyone who can wear pure gold, can wear gold filled without worries of an allergic reaction.

Tarnish happens, especially with silver. The more careful you treat and store your jewelry, the longer it will last and maintain it's beauty. If your jewelry does appear darker or tarnish over time, I suggest using a jewelry polishing cloth or fine jewelry cleaner. There are some great DIY tarnish removing recipes on Pinterest!
