So rare to find boy dolls but this one made by Earle Pullan (1945-67) , Canada.
He is lovely . Look at that face. Has vinyl head with dimples , rosy cheeks.
He sits nicely too.
His torso was recovered with cotton to keep it intact and sturdy I think. As I purchased. Like any baby, his head is a little loose. deals

Wearing cutest vintage onesy in blue - snaps at crotch . Has knit wool hat hat . Hair molded deeply with a big curl at the front so popular in the 50s. wears matching blue cloth shoes
Open/closed mouth showing tongue and upper gum. His eyes look blue , clear and perfect lashes. .
