Once you receive it, it'll be compressed and will return to normal within minutes or some hours. Run your hands through the fabric to get rid of any marking. *Plush over 12 inches cannot use combined shipping with other big plush, sorry! The hang tag of this plush was removed by me upon receipt so that it would not get damaged during storage. I'm the first owner of this plush and it is in new condition. It's only not listed as "new" because I removed the hang tag.
