Peace deals Relic- Mixed Media Assemblage

"Peace Relic" is a one of a kind mixed media assemblage commemorating the sacrifices of America's WWII heroes. Housed within a repurposed cigar box is a cover from an antique book, a section of galvanized sheet metal, WWII ration tickets, ceramic electrical piece (acting as the stand), and a rusted piece of "shrapnel." A handwritten quote around the book cover's edge reads "Together with fortitude deals, victory will be ours. There is no enemy who can break us. Let your resolution be as strong as steel lest your enemies take advantage."
